A dual cooking pan is provided to cook an object evenly without turning over the object by heating the upper and inner parts of an object placed on a cooking vessel with infrared radiation and heating the lower part of the object by the heating element placed under the cooking vessel. A dual cooking pan comprises a support plate(10), a support stand(20), a cooking vessel(30), a cover(40), an upper heating element(50), and a lower heating element(60). The support stand is installed on the upper center part of the support plate. The cooking vessel is detachably installed on the top of the support plate, and has a center hole(31) through which the support stand passes. The cover is placed on the top of the support stand. The upper heating element is installed beneath the cover to radiate radiant heat(R) toward the cooking vessel. The lower heating element is located on the bottom of the cooking vessel to heat the cooking vessel directly. |
