A conductive gasket and a method by conductive metal evaporation are provided to increase electromagnetic wave shading and grounding property by attaching a metal on a polymer sheet and a film. A protective layer(10) protects a metal layer(20), and a metal layer is positioned under the protection layer. The metal layer is made of a mono metal, a hetero-metal or an alloy. The polymer sheet and the film layer(30) are positioned under the metal layer, and the polymer sheet and film layer is processed as corona or primer. A hot melt layer(40) is positioned under the polymer sheet and the film layer, and the hot melt layer is made of the mono resin or the composite resin. The sponge layer(50) is positioned under the hot melt layer.
