A method and an apparatus for providing a common interface of a network robot are provided to automatically mount a device driving module in the network robot if new robot devices or devices with improved functions are connected to a network robt, thereby using robot software of an existing robot. A list of accessory device abstract interfaces is generated based on a written accessory device identifier and a communication port identifier list(S303). A network robot requests generation of a device driving module to a device driving module generating server(S311). The device driving module generating server generates a device driving module(S335). An interface is provided between accessory devices based on the generated device driving module(S341).
