A three-dimension measuring method in which a color lattice is applied is provided to broaden measurement performance and area by applying a moire measuring method and a space coding method to a color lattice obtained through the synthesis pattern. A three-dimension measuring method in which a color lattice is applied is composed of steps of: synthesizing a green color lattice and a blue color lattice into one synthesis pattern; projecting the synthesized lattice to one measurement object; obtaining the image of the synthesis pattern projected to the measurement object; separating a red lattice, a green lattice, and a blue lattice from the obtained synthesized lattice; applying the moire measuring method to the separated red lattice; and applying the space coding method to the separated green and blue lattices.
