A method for manufacturing a wall part for a car or a cover hood for a lift chair in a cableway system is provided to add one or more dye the wall or cover hood in order to detect faults due to difference or insufficiency in wall thickness, based on the color variation. A method for manufacturing a wall part for a car or a cover hood(3) for a lift chair in a cableway system is as follows. A panel made of a plastic material such as polycarbonate is prepared. One or more dye is added to the panel. The panel of plastic material is put in a heating mold and pressure-molded to produce a wall or cover hood. The wall thickness of the wall or cover hood is inspected, where difference or insufficiency in the wall thickness is detected based on the color variation.
