A holder for an umbrella or a parasol on a bicycle is provided to solve discomfort catching the umbrella or the parasol in person by mounting the umbrella or the parasol on a baby carriage, the bicycle, a wheelchair, a fishing chair etc. An assembling process comprises the following steps of: assembling a bushing(11), a level gear(7), a pin(13), a pipe(12), an extension spring(14), an operating lever; assembling a lower level gear(15), a long pin(16), and an inner level gear(17); operating the lever; and using an umbrella mounting cover(25), a mounting stand(2), a groove(33) of 45 degrees.
