A complex artificial fishing reef is provided, which obtains the habitat space of the living creature living in the cave. A complex artificial fishing reef comprises: a body portion(100) which is the concrete structure and in which a hole is formed in the side of the leg and the hollow; one or more steel structure posts(200) which are perpendicularly combined with the top of the body portion; a seedling rope fixing unit(300) in which the lower part of both ends is combined with the respective other steel structure post; and a herbivore blocking plate(400) which is combined with the steel structure post.
