A hand brake apparatus of a vehicle is provided to absorb the impact delivered to the load because a rod moves right by the rod guide of pole when a push-button is abnormally stricken. A hand brake apparatus of a vehicle comprises a hand brake lever(10) which pulls a cable(20) when parking the vehicle, a ratchet(30) which catches the hand brake lever when parking the vehicle, a push-button(40) which is installed at the front end of the hand brake lever and is pressurized in parking, a rod(50) which moves with a push-button, a pole(60) which holds the hand brake lever engaged in the ratchet in park while turning with the rod, and a deactivation control unit(70) maintaining the parking condition by controlling turning of pole engaged in the ratchet when the rod moves with abnormal striking of a push-button. |
