An automatic egg loading system is provided to automatically progress a series of procedures from washing to selection by automatically transporting eggs in an egg tray. An automatic egg loading system is composed of an egg tray feed part(100), an egg conveyor part(200), an egg tray stacking part(300), and an egg tray ejecting part(400). The egg tray feed part is installed on a frame supported on the floor. The egg conveyor part is installed on the top of the egg tray feed part, and moves up and down and reciprocates in one direction in order to suck and transfer the eggs placed in egg trays. The egg tray stacking part holds the egg tray for egg suction of the conveyor part and drops empty egg trays to stack. The egg tray ejecting part is installed on one side of the egg tray stacking part and ejects the stacked empty egg trays.
