A start-up circuit for band gap reference voltage is provided to obtain a stable output in a short time by performing a stable start-up when the device is changed from a stand-by mode to an operation mode. A first PMOS transistor(MP33) is connected with a power voltage terminal while a source and a gate are connected each other. A first NMOS transistor is connected with the drain of the first PMOS transistor and the gate is connected with an output terminal of a band gap. The drain of the second transistor(MN34) is connected with a source of the first NMOS transistor, and the source is connected with the ground terminal and PWDB is supplied to the gate.
