The device has a receiving device or an external reinforcement sole (1) receiving or fixing an interchangeable external sole e.g. high heel interchangeable sole, below an entire part or a part of a footwear. The soles are provided with dovetail shaped transversal male and/or female rail systems (2, 4) on their upper surfaces, and are rigid, semi-rigid or flexible. The interchangeable external sole is clipped by a male and/or female central rivet.
