The device has a flexible and enrollable part made of woven, knitted or extruded material. A hook shaped element i.e. jaw, is opened in its antero-lower part and enveloped in its upper part. The jaw is composed of plate shaped spring and a hole. The hole permits connection of the jaw to a flexible gripping accessory e.g. cord, or rigid gripping accessory e.g. hook. A bar is provided with round and projected ends. The bar is clamped with the jaw, when tension is exerted by a bag or pouch.
