#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a horizontal tube acting as a semi curtain rod (1) pivoted along a vertical axis of a vertical tube e.g. pivot tube (2), where the device permits opening of a curtain without touching by simply opening a window and permits opening of the curtains by pulling on rings of the curtains by pivoting the rod when the window is closed.
