Measuring terminals (23) and (24) synthetic resonator (2) is connected to input terminals (31) and (32) voltmeter (3). Output terminals (61) and (62) inductivity sensor (6) connected to the input terminals (45) and (46) general impedance converter (4). The compensation terminals (43) and (44) general impedance converter (4) is connected to output terminals (51) and (52) compensator (5).
