The assembly (1) has a basin (2) or a base including a rear portion (6) that is provided with a reservoir interface at its end opposite to a basin opening (3). A water reservoir (7) is mounted in a manner to co-operate with the interface, and is provided with a reservoir cover (9). The reservoir has a support portion i.e. table (10), in its upper part to support a user e.g. mobility impaired person, or a third person for facilitating seating or lifting of the user on and from the basin, respectively.
