CONCRETE COMPOSITE CONTAINED COMPOUND ACRYL HAVING A VERY SPEEDY INFORCEMENT

A super-rapid hardening concrete composition containing modified synthetic acryl is provided to lengthen required curing time in order to secure enough time to finish the surface of the poured concrete by using mixed acryl of latex and acryl. A super-rapid hardening concrete composition comprises: 11-14wt% of super-rapid hardening concrete binding material; 45-50wt% of fine aggregate; 33-38wt% of coarse aggregate; 2-4wt% of water; and 2-4wt% of synthetic acryl prepared by mixing acryl, latex and polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent. The binding material contains 72-80wt% of normal Portland cement; 5-10wt% of calcium alumina cement; 2-10wt% of gypsum; 3-6wt% of gellight micropowder; 0.5-2wt% of powdered waterproof agent; and 0.05-0.2wt% of fiber.
