<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing supplies for disasters, in which a distribution state of supplies during the occurrence of a disaster can easily and surely be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: As for supplies 2A and 2B for disasters of stockpile warehouses 1A and 1B, a supplied management company C normally manages a quality preservation period. At a disaster, the supplies 2A are distributed to victims at an evacuation place 4, and in such a case, an information input means 5 such as a cellular phone with a camera is used to input distribution supplies information and victim attribute information.
