SERVICE POINT ISSUING/REDUCING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service point issuing/reducing system capable of increasing service point issuing/reducing cycles based on customer's initiatives, and capable of raising circulation value of a service point itself.

SOLUTION: The service point issuing/reducing system includes: a managing server 1 which collectively manages fluctuation of a point value; an enterprise member terminal 2 which is provided to an enterprise member and includes a means for collating customer member information through the managing server and a communication line and for providing information about issuance of point value and usage thereof; and a customer terminal 3 connected to the managing server through the communication line. It also includes a point value moving means for addition/subtraction process with a point value for which the point value accumulated in a point value account assigned to each customer of a point database stored in the managing server 1 is moved among the point value accounts of a plurality of customers according to the instruction from the customer terminal 3.
