PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly obtain a useful keyword used for selling a right for placing an advertisement.

SOLUTION: In this information processor, a characteristic word extraction part 103 extracts a characteristic word from a sentence of a page by use of occurrence cost showing universal degree of appearance for each word. A search keyword set update part 105 controls recording such that the extracted characteristic word is recorded as the keyword for selling the right for placing the advertisement in the page where the characteristic word is arranged. The information processor can be applied to a server.
