<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door (Shoji) equipped with the function of decomposing a malodor and a stain adhering to a surface, even without using an ultraviolet irradiation means. <P>SOLUTION: In this sliding door, visible light response-type photocatalyst powder is applied to at least a part of a base material surface. The visible light response-type photocatalyst powder has a color with an a* of -5 or less, and a b* of -5 or more and an L* of 50 or more, when a color of tungsten oxide photocatalyst powder is expressed by an L*a*b* color coordinate system. Additionally, the malodor and the stain can be decomposed even at night by installing a power source. Preferably, a light-emitting diode is used as a light source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
