<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle call device and a calling method which can make it easier to pick up a voice uttered by an occupant, in an emergency situation. <P>SOLUTION: The speaking apparatus 50 for vehicle includes a speaker 26 installed inside a car for outputting received voices of a speaking partner; and a microphone 27 installed within the car for collecting voices from the crew. The calling apparatus 50 for vehicle, further, includes detection means 22, 23 for detecting an emergency state of the vehicle; and control units 32, 33 for controlling the directional characteristics of the microphone so as to collect voices from an area which is wider than that prior to detecting the emergency state, when the emergency state is detected by the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
