PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a bathroom ventilating air conditioner, wherein when there is no space for installing the body in a bathroom, the air conditioner is not installed, and when the body is installed in the bathroom, vibration and noise are easily transmitted to the bathroom. SOLUTION: This bathroom ventilating air conditioner includes the bathroom 3, a first intake port 8 opened to the bathroom 3, a body 6 for air-conditioning the air sucked from the first intake port 8 and a first blow-off port 10 opened to the bathroom 3, wherein the air is blown and circulated through the bathroom 3 and the body 6 to air-condition the bathroom 3. The body 6 is installed under the roof of a dwelling house outside of the ceiling surface of the bathroom 3 or under the floor, and the first intake port 8 and the body 6, and the body 6 and the first blow-off port 10 are connected to each other by a duct, whereby even if there is no space for installing the body 6 in the vicinity of the bathroom 3, the body 6 can be installed to air-condition the bathroom 3. Further, the body 6 is installed in a place away from the bathroom 3, whereby the air conditioner can be operated without transmitting vibration and noise of the body 6 to the bathroom 3.
