PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit capable of suppressing a rush current. SOLUTION: The charge pump circuit 120 includes a first switch SW1-a fourth switch SW4, a flying capacitor Cf1, and an output capacitor Co1. A driver 40 turns on the first switch SW1 and the fourth switch SW4 during a predetermined precharge periodτpc from the start of activation of the charge pump circuit 120 to charge the output capacitor Co1. Thereafter, on the basis of a pulse signal, the driver 40 alternately turns on and off a first pair (SW1, SW2) and a second pair (SW3, SW4). COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
