PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which improves dust removal capability for removing dust or the like, an optical device including the imaging apparatus, and a method of manufacturing the imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an imaging apparatus which includes: a crystal plate 18 which is provided while facing an imaging element 12 for capturing an image from an optical system and includes a crystal in a crystal structure including a first shaft and a second shaft orthogonal to the first shaft; and a vibrating member which is provided on a surface of the crystal plate 18 across an optical axis of the optical system and vibrates the crystal plate, wherein the surface of the crystal plate across the optical axis of the optical system becomes an angle of rotation around the second shaft about at +45°in a counter-clockwise direction from the first shaft when watched from the second shaft.
