PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member wherein a fragment of film-shaped metal is not peeled off unlike the case that a resin component is plated with metal, and no countermeasure for edges is required unlike the case of a sheet metal component attached to the resin component. SOLUTION: A cable holder 1 comprises a resin material body 3, a metal wire 5, and a soft conductor 7 having such a structure as the core material of foamed urethane is coated with a conductive cloth. The cable holder 1 is attached to the notch of a metal panel and a cable is made to pass from the front side of the metal panel to the rear side by holding the cable inside the soft conductor 7. Since the soft conductor 7 contacts with the metal wire 5 and the metal wire 5 contacts with the metal panel, the earth line of the cable can be electrically connected to the metal panel by bringing the soft conductor 7 into contact with the earth line of the cable. Therefore, noise can be prevented or suppressed from leaking to the outside from the inside of the metal panel through the cable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
