PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting and a connection structure between the terminal fitting and a conductor, in which contact reliability can be improved. SOLUTION: A second barrel portion 14 is arranged inside a first barrel portion 21 and a rising end portion of a second crimping member 16 is inserted into a strand 31 group arranged between a first crimping member 23 and a second base portion 15, and a part of the strands 31 is pinched between the first crimping member 23 and the second crimping member 16, and between the second crimping member 16 and the second base portion 15. Since the spacing between the inner face of the first crimping member 23 and the outer face of the second crimping member 16 and the spacing between the inner face of the second crimping member 16 and the upper face of the second base portion 15 are narrower than the spacing between the first crimping member 23 and the second base portion 15, the number of gaps among the strands 31 is smaller, and deterioration of contact pressure caused by movement of the strands 31 can be suppressed.
