PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein information cannot be presented by use of information of a blog or the like. SOLUTION: This information processor has: a user information storage part for storing a plurality of pieces of user information each having a user identifier and an object user evaluation information group including at least one piece of object user evaluation information that is a set of an object and user evaluation information to the object; a companion determination part for acquiring at least one user identifier pairing with the object user evaluation information group according with the object user evaluation information group pairing with the received user identifier; a presentation information configuration part for taking out at least one object from at least the one object user evaluation information group pairing with at least the one acquired user identifier, and configuring presentation information that is information to be presented to a user identified by the received user identifier by use of at least the one object; and an output part for outputting the presentation information configured by the presentation information configuration part.
