PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking structure of a lifter and a caulking fixture capable of preventing deformation of the lifter when fixing a roller shaft to the lifter by caulking. SOLUTION: In this caulking structure of a lifter 51 of a fuel pump, the lifter 51 comprises a lifter body 52 provided freely to slide along the inner peripheral surface of a lifter guide and having through-holes 52e and 52f in a direction nearly perpendicular to the sliding direction, a roller shaft 53 inserted into the through-holes 52e and 52f and fixed to the peripheral edge of the through-holes 52e and 52f by caulking in both ends 53a and 53b in the axial direction thereof, a roller 54 turnably provided in an outer peripheral part 53e of the roller shaft 53 so as to be brought in slide-contact with a cam. Grooves 57 and 58 are formed in the lifter body 52 outside of the through-holes 52e and 52f, and the grooves 57 and 58 are deformed when fixing both the ends 53a and 53b of the roller shaft 53 to the lifter body 52 by caulking.
