PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured, durable, inexpensive and economical aquatic top suitable for mass production and full of amusement, permitting rotation of a rotary board for a relatively long period of time while floating on the water surface, capable of rotating a float and a grip, permitting easy handling, allowing an infant etc. to easily and pleasantly enjoy the play, and allowing anyone to easily apply strong rotational force to the rotary board. SOLUTION: The aquatic top includes the float A, the rotary board B and the grip C. The float A and the rotary board B are connected to each other via a shaft 5 in such a way as to transmit part of or the whole rotational force of the rotary board B to the float A. The rotary board B and the grip C are connected to each other via a shaft 15 attached to a rotation gear 16. The rotary board B and the grip C are formed so that the rotation gear 16 is forcibly rotated by a rack part 26 of a rotation belt 25 inserted into a belt insertion hole 21, and so that the rotary board B is forcibly rotated via the shaft 15.
