PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dough forming machine for food product which carries out spreading operation of food product effectively and hygienically. SOLUTION: The food dough molding machine includes a dish body on which a raw material of food dough is put, a frame body provided to be freely movable in vertical direction to the dish body and horizontally rotatable, a plurality of rollers axially mounted on the frame body to be freely rotatable around the axis of the frame body to rotate while revolving around the axis of the frame body, and set to press the raw material of dough when the frame body is descended, and rotate while revolving by the rotation of the frame body and level the raw material of dough to be spreadable, wherein a closable cover body is installed on the dish body to cover the upper face of the raw material of dough, and set to be able to press the raw material of dough through the closed cover body.
