The arrangement (1) has a control plate (7) carrying a tiltable suspension bolt (15) for rotatably and tiltably mounting a wing in the plate. The bolt is mounted in openings (10.3, 13) provided in a corner hinge (10) and the control plate. The hinge is firmly attached to the wing. The opening is formed as an elongate bore hole. A opening (10.2) for receiving an operating element (14) is provided at inner upper end of the opening (10.3). The operating element comprises a threaded bolt. A bracket is attached at a fixed frame.
