The tool (1) has a holding tube (24) comprising a borehole for engagement of a holding bolt or a double sided chamfer (28) for engagement of a screw wrench on outer circumference of the holding tube such that the holding tube and an outer sleeve (6) are movable in direction of conical band (11) of an inner sleeve (5) by relative rotation between a holding bar and the holding tube. Lower front side of the holding tube drives at a upper front side of the outer sleeve and the sides are pressed with an active edge (14) against the conical band for generating clamping movement.
