The connector has a sealing element (3) i.e. sealing ring, inserted into a groove-shaped extension (1a) of a corrugated pipe (1). A thin-walled connecting piece (2) i.e. socket connector, has a conical end (2a) that is tapering to an opening of the pipe. The conical end is formed in an opposite direction of a level (2b) of the connecting piece. The pipe has a conical region (1b) expanding to the opening of the pipe, where an inner surface of the conical region lies at a casing surface of the conical end. The sealing element is locked behind the level of the connecting piece.
