This aims to provide a base-integrated type tacking seal member which is characterized in that a seal member before assembled is jointed in an easily peelable manner to at least the end face of a tacking plate-shaped support base. The seal member may be jointed in an easily peelable manner to only the end face of the support base. The seal member may also be jointed in the easily peelable manner to the end face of the support base and the surface of one of the front and back continuing to that end face. The seal member may also be jointed in the easily peelable manner to the end face of the support base and the surfaces of both the front and back continuing to that end face. By adopting that constitution, it is possible to provide the base-integrated type tacking seal member which is drastically improved in the degree of freedom for the sectional shape of the seal member, and the product having a seal portion using that seal member.
