摘要 A particle or powder type functional material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an anodic oxide film all over a foil-shaped base material and extract the metal to the anodic oxide film, thereby giving the anodic oxide film the function of metal easily. A manufacturing method of a particle or powder type functional material comprises the steps of: forming an anodic oxide film with pores all over a foil-shaped base material made of aluminum or its alloy(S11); extracting metal to the pores of the anodic oxide film so as to give the anodic oxide film the function of metal(S12); making the openings the pores of the anodic oxide film smaller but not closing them(S13); and processing the base material, in which the opening narrowing process has been completed, into particle or powder shape(S14). In the anodic oxide film formation process, the anodic oxide film is formed by dipping the base material in one of a sulfuric acid bath, an oxalic acid bath, a phosphoric acid and a chromic acid bath, in a mixed bath of more than two of them, or in an acid deep water bath, and then performing anode oxidation process on it.
