<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ethylene low polymer which enables a long-term safe operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an ethylene low polymer, at the low polymerization of ethylene in the presence of a solvent and a chromium-based catalyst in a reactor 10, comprises supplying a mixed gas comprising ethylene introduced into the reactor 10 and a vapor formed by the vaporization of part of the liquid phase within the reactor 10 by the polymerization heat produced in the low polymerization reaction of ethylene to a heat exchanger 16a to cool and condense the mixed gas supplied to the heat exchanger 16a and circulating and supplying the condensed liquid comprising the solvent, ethylene, and a formed ethylene low polymer into the reactor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
