PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a drain wiring pattern and a source wiring pattern are to be made into wide patterns and a circuit is enlarged when a plurality of FETs are connected in parallel for turning on/off large current. SOLUTION: Drains 22a and 23a of a plurality of FETs 22 and 23 are coupled by a copper plate 26, and sources 22b and 23b of the plurality of FETs 22 and 23 are also couple by a copper plate 27.
