PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable storage device advantageous in receiving, storing, and transportation because the device can be folded into a flat shape and can store articles in a drastically reduced occupying space, capable of being stood by itself in a developed state, and capable of being used as a storage box capable of storing articles. SOLUTION: The foldable storage device includes a bottom plate, a top plate, a left-side plate, and a right-side plate. Each of the plates are connected to one another to form a square cylinder shape through movable shafts. Arbitrary two of the connected plates are installed with convex blocks and rabbet design. When the device is in a box shape, each of the blocks is fitted into each corresponding rabbet. Thus, the plates mutually connected exert generate operations for engagement normal positioning.
