PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material A for a door panel B capable of facilitating packing, reducing the amount of waste materials, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: Protective members 1L and 1R for covering the door panel B from right and left sides in the width direction are provided. Additional cutting auxiliary lines 5 are formed in advance in the protective members 1L and 1R. The protective members 1L and 1R are vertically cut at the additional cutting auxiliary lines 5, and remaining lower portions 3 and 3 are also used for corner protective members 4L and 4R.
