PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle and a pivot positioning component, achieving a stable fastened state. SOLUTION: A pivot positioning mechanism 20 includes: a first annular member 21 having a first tapered surface 21a and mounted on a pivot shaft 13; a second annular member 22 having a second tapered surface 22a formed oppositely to the first tapered surface 21a in a pivot shaft direction and mounted on the pivot shaft 13; and a third annular member having a third tapered surface 23a and a fourth tapered surface 23b which are formed to be fitted to the first tapered surface 21a of the first annular member 21 and the second tapered surface 22a of the second annular member 22, and arranged in the support hole 2d of a vehicle body frame 2c.
