PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display device that can lower the cost. SOLUTION: Prepared are a lower case 2 having a display member 1 prepared in common, a first storage portion 21, first and second fitting portions 22 and 23, and a first engagement portion 24, a lower case 5 having a second storage portion 51, third and fourth fitting portions 52 and 53, and a second engagement portion 54, and having the same structure as that of the lower case 2 except differences in structure of the third and fourth portions 52 and 53 from the first and second fitting portions 22 and 23, and an upper case 4 having an engagement portion 44 capable of engaging both the first and second engagement portions 24 and 54 and prepared in common for the lower cases 2 and 5. Here, the upper case 4 is attached to the lower case 2 by engaging the engagement portion 44 with the first engagement portion 24 while the display member 1 is disposed at the first storage portion 51, and the upper case 4 is attached to the lower case 5 by engaging the engagement portion 44 with the second engagement portion 54 while the display member 1 is disposed at the second storage portion 51.
