PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cooling apparatus cooling a radiation part by a swirl. SOLUTION: An interior is equipped with a casing 3 formed with a revolution passage 2, a suction means 5 for sucking humid gas 4 into the revolution passage, and the radiation part 7 arranged in the revolution passage and connected to a heat generation source 6. A gas inlet 8 communicated with the revolution passage 2 and an exhaust passage 9 formed in a center side of the casing so as to communicate the revolution passage with the suction means are formed in the casing 3, and the swirling airflow R is generated by the gas 4 introduced from the gas inlet 8, and it is blown on the radiation part 7 to cool the radiation part.
