Disclosed are a fatigue level evaluation method and a fatigue level evaluation kit, both of which rely on the use of a novel biomarker for fatigue. Specifically disclosed are a fatigue level evaluation method and a fatigue level evaluation kit, both of which are developed based on a finding that the secretion of irreversibly oxidized peroxiredoxin to the outside of a cell can reflect the state of oxidative stress in the cell.
