LACTOBACILLUS SP. ISOLATED FROM CHICKEN FECES

A Lactobacillus sp. which is isolated from chicken feces is provided to produce probiotic agent which can be replaced with antibiotics. A Lactobacillus sp. which is isolated from chicken feces has suppression activity to E.coli. The Latobaillus sp. is a Lactobacillusslivarius CPM- 7 [L.salivarius CPM-7] (KACC 91332P). A method for isolating the Latobaillus sp. comprises: a step of collecting chicken feces; a step of isolating lactic bacterias using MRS solid plate containing 0.02% of sodium azide; and a step of selecting strain which has excellent inhibition effect to E.coli and acid-resistance.
