PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wavelength multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit in which a flat passband characteristic is stably available even when errors occur in the phase and the core width in array waveguides owing to a manufacturing error or the like. SOLUTION: The optical wavelength multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit 100 comprises: input waveguides 101; a first slab waveguide 102; the array waveguides 103 composed of a plurality of waveguides; a second slab waveguide 104; and output waveguides 105. Taper waveguides 206 are provided between the input waveguides 101 and the first slab waveguide 102. Further, straight taper parts 207 are provided between the second slab waveguide 104 and the output waveguides 105.
