PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head allowing the comfortable use of either shower water or direct current water with no vacant feeling when the shower water is discharged. SOLUTION: The shower head A has shower water discharge parts 72, 101 and a direct current water discharge part 116 formed at a discharge port 11 from which hot and cold water is discharged, and discharges either shower water or direct current water by switching a passage of hot and cold water by passage switching mechanisms 11, 30 mounted to a storage chamber 16 of a body 10. A small-diameter shower water discharge part 72 is formed at the center of the discharge port 11, and a direct current water discharge part 116 is formed outside the small-diameter shower water discharge part 72. Further, a large-diameter shower water discharge part 101 is formed outside the direct current water discharge part 116 to simultaneously discharge hot and cold water from both shower water discharge parts 72, 116.
