PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal and a control program which makes a controlled device perform processing corresponding to control signals for controlling the controlled device irrespective of the state of the controlled device. SOLUTION: When an instruction input is accepted, a plurality of preliminarily ordered control signals are transmitted to the controlled device which performs the processing corresponding to the received control signals. The first control signal of the plurality of control signals to be transmitted brings the controlled device into an initial state, and each of the plurality of control signals is applied with corresponding processing by the controlled device by being sequentially received by the controlled device at the initial state.
