PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that conventional communication systems which notify information have unified communication patterns and less flexibility, and are used only for specified purposes and in narrow application fields. SOLUTION: A communication system has a wristwatch or mobile-box type receiver, and the receiver has at least a vibration function, a character message function on a display part, a clock function and a call history storage function. A transmitter which transmits messages to the receiver supports contact input, voice input, external input of various temperature optical sensors and main body push button input, and these inputs are performed via a specified small power wireless communication. Using a personal computer as the transmitter, a message is selected from an operation box storing necessary preregistered messages and then transmitted through one-touch operation.
