PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which can perform a plurality of times of resetting scanning in one frame without enlarging the circuit size. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus includes in a semiconductor substrate a pixel region which arranges photoelectric conversion elements and reset switches for discharging the photoelectric conversion elements in a matrix, and a first scanning circuit which supplies a reset control signal for controlling conduction of the reset switches. The pixel region is composed including a first pixel region and a second pixel region, and it is characterized that the first scanning circuit includes a first decoder for controlling conduction of the reset switches arranged in the first pixel region, and a second decoder for controlling conduction of the reset switches arranged in the second pixel region.
