PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a cartridge for a contact terminal together with various types of semiconductor sockets without making a socket body at a large scale, and to easily assemble the cartridge. SOLUTION: The cartridge for a probe pin comprises a substrate 16 arranged to face to a positioning member 14, a substrate 24 having the same outer shape with the outer shape of the substrate 16 and overlapped at a lower part of the substrate 16, and a plurality of probe pins 22 retained by the substrate 16 and the substrate 24.
